When we can see ourselves as we truly are and accept ourselves, we build the necessary foundation for self-love. Whether we learn how to love ourselves and others will depend on the presence of a loving environment.
Self-love cannot flourish in isolation.

What I offer

One-on-One Gestalt Therapy

As a Gestalt therapist, I trust in the present embodied awareness-building through dialogue. I'm interested in how you make meaning and how we are together in our individual intersectionality and diversity. I'm warm and open and would love to support you in becoming curious about your own process. I facilitate a place for relationally digesting, noticing, staying with, chewing on, or playing with whatever it is that carries weight for you. I look at the world through my own biased intersectional lens and I come in with humility and curiosity to learn about your experience of being you in the world as I strive to recognise your different parts and your context. To me, there's no such thing that "goes without saying" as I acknowledge everyone's uniqueness and the impact of systemic and structural inequality in our society.
